Offline simulator has limit lvl 230. Its not my program ( I only update database) so I cant do anything about this.

I have plans to do something about this but it requires alot of free time and right now I dont have free time to code something like this.

Just for your information , the next version of BS Ship Configuration Tool will have weapon optimizer. Thank you for your interest.
