+1 I hate food clans whose only objective is to snipe forts from other clans, and I dislike when clan members hold back from regular attacking to try and snipe forts from other clan members. For Tier S, I'd say critical should be around 5 M, unsure of other Tiers. Not enough to be gay like Fog of War or enough like 10 M where clans can comfortably play the repair game, but just enough to deter those who try to snipe forts.

this widea would be ok but only if it comes up with hidden HP after max repairs.

other wise the super clans would just play repair games to get clans to rezz against them.

I dont think I am missing the point, this rule would only help the larger clans, I personally dont think they need any more help.

Lets take away the only avenue some smaller clans may have of getting a sink.

Sounds like a bad idea to me.

currently, large clans can and will sit with a low hp after a war in hopes of enticing other clans to salvage.

this proposal wouldn't really change that, just other clans wouldn't know if they are sitting at 5 mil or 3 mil.

primary purpose of this would simply be to curtail some captains' desire to get fort sinks regardless of the impact that would have on the moral of their fellow captains.

if its ok to change the game to help out the little clans, why not make a change to help out the lower level captains in ALL the clans?
