I have done some calculation wrong( coz Cap shld be achieved @ 189) but still if these are rebate amount +1000 !!

You forgot to multiply C2 by 2 since it's crew AP bonus is 2 x crew members

Well, if you multiply it by 2, you get 500 AP cap at 189, which is what I think LL said earlier.

These all fictitious calculation's anyways ..
First The Proposal needs push many Noobs wont understand it and give it a no .. lolz
Even Then Rebate Amounts are too high may be so Tyler will have to really consider it before passing !!

But everyone will be getting a large AP rebate when this happens (ridiculously large for Ultimate Levelers)
