Scout for sure, for the skill :) Also depend u planning build the dual until wat lvl.

The mech you see there is my dual, but my old pirate class I started with I never use anymore I enjoy this mech dual to much.

If you want rammer for both captains, Scout + Mech would be best combo.
There is not such thing as just a range rammer, you would want to collect both regular and range weapons =)

Since u r playing the lvl 136 as rammer, then suggest u make it to scout for blitz/outmaneuver. Your lvl 151 soldier if u not care for it anymore u can change to mech for overload+repair skill.

If not want to pay for 2 class reset, then u can just continue until lvl 150, then change your soldier to scout & u will have full set scout+mech rammer skill

Best Skill is Sabo .

Though if you really wana go for skill set make main scout and second mecha esp when your both captains are near 150 anyways.

though a noob rammer this side :3

Thanks for the feedback, and I know there isn't a actual build for a ranged rammer I just call it that. Its rather fun being a carrier style load out though, its fun cuz you can give those annoying high speed missile defenders a unpleasant surprise.

There was once a legendary player of this game, named EBB. If he were here now to respond, he would surely recommend, Pirate class.

I found that pirate for mech rammer is only that good if your using short range rammers, then charge and ambush is god like. But when your using the rams that have range on them ambush isnt that useful anymore and charge is only of so so usefulness.
