Idea about Outpost War

An idea from my friend:
- Outpost War event every Saturday, duration 30 minutes or 1 hour, 2 times in one day.

- Basically this event is the same as BS 2.0 Outpost war, with some extra features. A clan may make an alliance with another clan to conquer and defend only one outpost.

- After conquering the outpost, the said alliance must defend the outpost untill the event ends. The defending clan/alliance has a 1 minute cooldown to set their defense line with Outpost HP back to full, say 100 million. To make sure other clans will participate, the HP of the outpost will increase every minute if no one is attacking, till the maximum let's say 1 billion. The HP of the outpost can be hidden all the time to avoid sniping/snipers :)
Oh, and no salvage kits for defenders :)
If needed, an NPC guardian of the outpost can be added to help the defending alliance also.

- The prize is mining licenses for plasma rocks and embers for 1 week for a total number of plasma/ember say 1000 for the winning alliance of 2 clans. More members means less plasma/ember for the winner.

Outpost are AP sinks that give nothing for return, so not gonna happen pal. Evil Tyler is happy with people burning aps just for the lolz of it.

This Idea lot better than the mining bonus u get if capture an outpost(Like old time)
The rest of Idea about NPC is also good
so +1 for this

How about as long as you own the outpost, all clan members that are on the same port as the outpost receive XXX gold per minute... (or XXX ore/prock)...

and everyone has the same dmg.
just make the outpost hp = 10m

How about +20% xp from clan wars, +20% gold or double repair limit for controlling each of the outposts respectively and Double xp bonus from clan wars if the clan controls all 3 outposts. Also introduce a cooldown of 15-30 min so that clans can use it more effectively.
