i defeated a prisoner of ice boss i created im past level 170 how come when i go to the explore page in land of frost the uncharted islands are still locked?

You can't travel directly between the two ports. IIRC, you hve to travel to Tyleron first. Or the other port on that same continent.

^ This. The only way to travel to Uncharted Isles is via Nasser or Jade.
