Also, you do realized that if you had activate the skill fortify, it would pretty much nullify most of armor piercing advantage?

I do. I just haven't found a way to bribe the game engine to activate it all the time.

Remove the 5% damage penalty of AP. no other change needed :D

At the moment gunner need 30-50% less AP than rammer to get same points on the event. Make patch and gunners gonna have to ocho 30-50% more to get their points ^_^

the same goes to pre-emptive strike as it is not 100% activation also. So why are you whining that a glassy pirate/cannon user is unsinkable? Why does the same argument apply to him but not your own?
