No one passes it sadly. Whore excluded.
But anyways i had been doing public service for it since ages....not much about whehter am i the one benefiting.

Nerf it back to what it was and increase Overload to Def/40 or Def/45!!!!!

Armor Piercing still not applicable in clan war attacking, overload is just better
