Composite Bow - Penetration reduced 5%

1) Speed reduced (now highest enemy speed is 200 down from 300)

Hell Blade - no longer evolves from Demon Edge
- Inflicts Burning
- 30% Fire damage
- Basic attacks deal extra damage equal to 10% of the target's Max HP

Pistols - ATK Damage and crit rate buffed. Speed reduced by 1

Reduced Block delay to 0.75s
Buffed Fade slippers (+5 Speed)
Buffed Absolution skill (scaling with ATK +10% at all levels).

Bottle basic attack -> now counts as a ranged skill (so it doesn't consume spell shield).
Spell Thief -> now counts as a magic skill
Transfusion -> now counts as a melee skill (was magic)

Guard can now be used with fists. Delay increased to 0.5s. Reaction % lowered by 10% at all ranks.

Shield Bash - delay reduced to 0.75s. Accuracy bonus increased 5% at all ranks.

Monk Passive (Flow) - now requires 2H weapon
Chakra Healing - now requires a 2H weapon
Soul Bomb - now requires a 2H weapon

Rally - delay reduced to 0
Slayer - also turns the user invisible upon activation

Vanguard passive now reduces delay by 5s upon reaching max focus.

The Dig (quest) has been updated to use the new Goldshard mine stage.
