CM's/CL's need to be able to remove a captain from the war list. This really only comes into play if there are 60 signed up and some don't show.

The idea of a button for them to automatically remove all defenders is a good one.

Good idea. Lots of new mates are having trouble getting crew because so many older captains have so much crew and can't accept new crew. This should even it out somewhat so that those having trouble getting crew will be able to get what they need. And need to change the crew requirements for boss ba...
