Currently, everyone knows DO is the #1 clan. In a 1v1, nobody even stands a chance at defeating them. In fact, outside of maybe LCF or Kai, it's rare to even deal 1M damage to their fort. It sounds like another update specifically designed to help the high Ocho players and further crush the newer players. Currently, low level players have ~60-80 AP max. So, assuming they save up all of their AP, they can get off 4 or 5 attacks to deal about 5-10k damage each time they reach the fort....
