yeah that always happens to me too on android, especially when using special attacks, that is the reason why i asked the devs that my android game account be synched to my BG Facebook and then it worked real nice, because the facebook version has fewer bugs than the android

low levels should learn to raid. 25 AP => 5 PvP attacks => Raid => 5 Million = 14 plasma rocks (5 days average) Even if only one raid is successful it's still better than one p.rock. and how the hell low level captains have that much gold so others can raid 1 million from them?
