Non-Ocho 10%
Bronze 15%
Silver 20%
Silver Plus 30%
Gold 40%
Gold Plus 50%
Platinum 60%

In fact, please make it sure that when ppl say no to the rebate, they mean they want the 500 cap to stay. Otherwise Tyler might think we agree to the smaller ap tank but want no rebate.

Not only do we not get the full rebate, we don't get it in the bank. This means no regen until we get it back down to below max capacity. How about the option of being able to downgrade items for a gold cost in the workshop? Like if I have RR+5, that was used by my main, and now my dual comes along. And I would want to downgrade the RR+5 back to just RR. That wouldn't hit TYLER too bad I think. As for decrafting, maybe it can be offer...

Rainbow, I agree with you there and I would love to use Paypal, but Paypal does not authorize transactions routed from my country. Otherwise, I would use it gladly. That is why I have to think of other options.
