Would this create a more dynamic clan ranking? - yes but i dont see the point or benefit of a more dynamic clan ranking other than ur self claimed 'exciting' term..and i dont agree with what u say that the currently system its too static...every 3 days there are clans that get promoted to higher tie...

lol....i guess this person never heard something call armor and also damage buff skill like focus fire, explosive ammo, blitz, overload, armor piercing..etc

simple suggestion..this is what i do
1.use earphone
2. toggle off the bell icon(the war alarm should be off)
3.toggle on the sound volume icon( u shud be able to hear the enemy attacking ur fort or ur clanmates attacking the enemy fort)
