Hi, Chirop and arilator are the hightes monsters in Corxas. For arilator you've to search the totem so better hunt chirops; Blackbeard hides in the skull mountain but searching it yields a black pirate (lvl 62) i believe, you only get black beard once as part of the quest.

Goto the island and then click on the profile picture of crewmember you want deleted. Next click on sack and crewmember is deleted. Once a crewmember goes inactive, ie profile picture becomes red, you can replace it with a new from crew invites page. EDIT: Oops that's for crewmembers not request lol...

Sink them in battle (ie ships you see with the swords icon on) on explore and it will auto raid them. If you are level 150 or higher it only works when you are on your main class.
