if you really going to cut the clan size to be 99, please reconsider to bring back the level limit as it will be important concern..
If I may ask, bring back the old CP system, it is at least solve the lag problem (perhaps?, I felt the lag was rarely occurred back in the CP system)

What is the really matter that causing lag? - A clan (x) having too many member active at a clan war? or - too many ppl active at a certain period of time? If you really want to break the clan x, are you sure it definitely fix the lag? What will you do if it is not? I want the lag got fixed as soon ...

If I may recall, this raiding system work like this: - need sink the defender - optional - need 5 AP - success if grd attack > grd defense the total amount of gold obtained if success: def lv X 5000 or gold x 5% whichever smallest (means the MAX amount robbed will be lv x 5000 each) eg. a lv 150 cap...

At least we know this event succeeded in increasing the active player for this time being, to the extent that the server couldn't handle a gangbang involving super clan..

Trying to join friend's boss, MK1 with under 17 minutes and 1 segment left before expired, can't even launch an attack.. The messages box showed "ASSIGN_FAILED"..
Is it a bug? Had someone encounter it before? o.O
