i take it this in in response of INA playing in tier C ;)

i like the multi tier jumping restrictions! Maybe another way of addressing this is to do tier calcs every 24 hours if resources allows it or to re-introduce training tiers for startup clans.

I have problems sinking some fat rammer 8 levels lower then me after the update. (I am pretty sure I would had 2 volley him before this update) m This is how i sink him, bear in mind I am 8 levels higher. m So there is not much point getting to high levels now. I have seen this alot at around 230's...

is it possible that dmg reduction is only applied when you hit the fort and the normal (previous calculated armor) armor remains to meet the defenders
