Maybe a ship 'Carrier' class with Special ability of "Swarm" - able to launch small drone/fighters on random(?)/designated target with some debuff/effects addon. I did got 1 so far from Mysterious Blueprints, and aren't dropped randomly from all stages or were there some specific spots do drop them higher?

Probably no, once you bought those ships it'll sit in your hangar. And I don't think its possible to sell them off or recover any weapons/parts used for upgrade. You can still use the parts and weapons mounted on that ship to other ships though.

Noticed that most of the ships got identical skins or designs. I wonder if there could be something related on their appearances, maybe like skill combinations or formations.
