I aint gonna battle players till I reach lvl 100(which is my main quest), and the only way for me to earn a lot is from wars(ty for the double exp event), or from hunting. Im currently hunting them lvl98 crazy 28s. Is there somehting of higher exp?

Like how do I get to battle those guys with the red hp bars? They always come out from the bottom but now they're gone. I'm asking because I find them exceptionally easy to defeat despite being of the same level as mine.

So actually scatter shot adds 100% range to my subguns, but reduces damage by 10%. At the same time, explosive amno increases subgun damage by 10%. My question is, do they cancel out each other?
